ABOUT OUR CAKES:

This magnificent French dessert is made with three thin layers of Joconde almond cake, each soaked in potent coffee syrup; a layer of espresso-flavored buttercream; one thick layer of bittersweet chocolate ganache; and a topping of chocolate glaze. The Opera is one of the most sophisticated and delicious cakes one can taste!

We use only halal ingredients strictly sourced from halal certified suppliers and we bake in a halal environment.

OPTION 1: 7" square (±1 - 1.2kg) - serves 8-10 pax

CAKE STORAGE

Our Sponge cakes are freshly made upon order.

All cakes must be kept refrigerated until consumption and  best consumed within 2 days.
